The exact scope, deliverables, turnaround time, revision entitlement, support period, pricing, and format applicable to an order will depend on the service or package selected by the customer at the time of purchase.

Career Outcomes and No Guarantee

Recruitment and selection decisions are made independently by employers, recruiters, hiring managers, educational institutions, applicant-tracking systems, and other third parties. GetRightCV does not control these decisions.
Accordingly, purchasing or using a GetRightCV service does not guarantee an interview, recruiter response, job offer, placement, promotion, salary increase, admission, a particular ATS score, LinkedIn visibility, or any other specific career outcome.
Our responsibility is to provide professional services designed to strengthen your presentation and positioning, while recognising that final career outcomes depend on several factors outside our reasonable control.
ATS Compatibility and Resume Scores

Where Job Search Assistance or a related service is purchased, GetRightCV may support customers in identifying relevant opportunities, improving their application strategy, targeting suitable roles or organizations, and strengthening their overall job-search approach.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, GetRightCV does not operate as a recruitment agency, employer, or placement agency and does not guarantee job placement, interviews, recruiter responses, or employment offers.
Customers remain responsible for evaluating vacancies, submitting applications, communicating with recruiters or employers, attending interviews, verifying opportunities, negotiating employment terms, and deciding whether to accept any offer.
Privacy, Confidentiality and Security
GetRightCV recognises that resumes, CVs, career documents, contact details, employment history, and other professional information may contain personal or sensitive information. We are committed to handling such information with appropriate care, confidentiality, and professional responsibility.
Customer information will be used only for legitimate business and service-related purposes, including preparing deliverables, communicating about orders, providing support, processing payments, and meeting applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

Intellectual Property and Deliverables

Once the applicable service has been paid for and the final personalized deliverable has been provided, you may use that completed deliverable for your personal professional and career-related purposes.
The GetRightCV name, logo, website content, service descriptions, graphics, design elements, internal methodologies, reusable templates, systems, processes, and other proprietary materials remain the property of GetRightCV or their respective rights holders unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of GetRightCV’s underlying proprietary methods, reusable assets, internal systems, or website materials to the customer.
Cancellations and Refunds
GetRightCV provides personalized professional services, and work may begin shortly after an order is confirmed. For this reason, cancellation or refund eligibility may depend on the stage of the order, the nature of the service purchased, and the amount of work already completed.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact GetRightCV as early as possible. Where work has not yet commenced, we will review the request and determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances of the order.
Where work has already commenced, a draft has been prepared or delivered, or a substantial portion of the service has been completed, a full refund may not be available. Where appropriate, we may instead offer a reasonable revision, correction, service adjustment, or other suitable resolution.
